I enjoy the fall views along the Gulf Coast so much more than any other. The colors just seem more varied and personal!
Her’s a photo from last week:
And fall has brought All Tide Up some new koozies and stickers!
Go check out that website for a few sunset photos that are among our favorites!
There are times and places that are special. Special for different reasons. Some of my favorite places and times are found when I get to experience things like these. A sunset only lasts a few minutes each day. The opportunity to experience creation like this is incredible!
These photographs were taken at sunset on the Gulf of Mexico at Mexico Beach, Florida by my wife, Cyndi.
We had a wonderful time at Mexico Beach, Florida for Memorial Day weekend! The weather was gorgeous. The water was just right. And as always, the sunsets and photo opportunities didn’t disappoint! Thankful for a place to stay as we travel to Northwest Florida and extra glad our kids (who aren’t really kids anymore) like to spend time with us! Several days of kayaking. Hours and hours of walking. Picking up sea shells. Talking to random strangers. Having conversations that don’t always take place. It was a good weekend!
Here are a few shots of our time away:
On our trip home, we lingered for a while in Apalachicola, Florida – got to see things like the sailboat above as it entered the Apalachicola River. We watched pelicans dive bomb for food and dolphins swimming under the bridge. Lots of interesting sights – and not ones we get to see everyday – at least not in Central Florida!
Until next time!

I don’t know that we would ever get tired of these types of evening views!
